I am a Realtor-Associate with Coldwell Banker Red Top Realty also located precisely at 824 Radio Road in Little Egg Harbor, NJ. I work together with my father, David Width Sr., and we are recognized as "Team Width." I personally enjoy spending time with my family and close friends, activities that involve the outdoors, and I am an avid golfer.

A CMA is a report on recent sales and what your current competition is. This report derives a recommended listing price from the similar properties that have recently sold. I would also go over in detail my marketing plan and strategy for getting your home sold. All of this is cost and obligation free. I am not in the business of listing homes, I am in the business of selling homes. I will not give you a higher quote on a listing price just to get your listing. That would be a waste of my time and a disservice to my client. Honesty is the best policy, and the only policy I use. If at the end of our meeting we mutually decide that it isn't the time for you to sell, or our agendas do not meet, that is okay, I understand that "No" is an option.
